Hyderabad: Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BSE: 539607) has announced that its wholly owned US subsidiary, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd – USA (BCSSL-USA), has executed Statement of Work No. 1 (SOW) with SpaceX International Ltd, MY, covering AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications and data-centre solutions.
The agreement with SpaceX International Ltd MY is issued under and incorporated into the Master Services Agreement between the parties dated July 9, 2026.
It provides for a minimum contractual commitment of USD 150 million over an eighteen-month term, subject to the terms and conditions of the executed agreements.
The engagement marks a significant step in BCSSL’s expansion into large-scale AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications and data-centre solutions for global clients.
SpaceX International Ltd MY Engagement Covers Four Technology Sectors
Under the SOW, BCSSL-USA will design, build, integrate, secure, connect and operate a dedicated, sovereign-grade AI compute and data-centre platform for SpaceX International Ltd, MY.
The programme spans four key sectors, with the contractual allocation divided as follows:
- AI Infrastructure: USD 70 million
- Cybersecurity: USD 25 million
- Telecommunications: USD 25 million
- Data Centre Solutions: USD 30 million
The SpaceX International programme will be delivered across five phases over six quarterly billing periods. The engagement will commence with assessment and design and culminate in managed operations from the sixth quarter onward.

AI Infrastructure and Data Centre Deliverables
As part of the engagement, BCSSL-USA will undertake a range of technology infrastructure and operational activities.
The deliverables include GPU/accelerator cluster build-out, MLOps and model-serving infrastructure, along with cybersecurity and network infrastructure.
The cybersecurity component includes the deployment of a Security Operations Centre with SIEM/SOAR, while the telecommunications scope includes core network infrastructure and NOC-managed connectivity.
The data-centre component will cover data-centre build, commissioning and disaster-recovery capability. These services will be governed by defined service levels covering platform, network and facility availability.
The SpaceX International engagement therefore covers the design, implementation, security, connectivity and operation of an integrated AI compute and data-centre platform across the specified technology areas.
